Walls

Here you see our first try of smearing over the wall with concrete. At first we put cartoon in between, and covered the iron mesh with the hexagonal mesh. The advantage is the hexagonal mesh holds the concrete very well, but the disadvantage is that it is a lot of work to fix it on the iron bars, even if you do it with a special pincer and clips.
Here a second wall. This time we replaced the cartoon that was difficult to put inside with two layer of paper. It enters more easily but still it is work. What is mainly bothering are the wires to fix the mesh, and the columns that are not exactly straight up.

Anyway, at the end of the day smeared up with concrete.

This is how it looks from the top. One practical thing, the tube for the cables enter easy.

The final version of building the walls: I ended up buying those styropor plates. They are easy to insert, easy to cut, they stay straight and it is easier to first fill the bottom half, and then the upper half then all in one.

We skip the hexagonal mesh. with a bit more cement in the concrete and in combination with the styropor it works like this.
Here you can see it afterwords. Later a second plastering is required to get the wall plane. As i told you, we did not care enough at the beginning to get the walls straight, so now i have in my house a plastering of up to two inches :-O
